By accessing or using the Services in any manner, including visiting or browsing the Website or using the App or contributing content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and should discontinue use immediately.

1.Membership Eligibility

a. This service is exclusively available to members of the Vastovers Invest Cooperative Society. By accepting the terms of this service, you automatically become a member and shall be referred to as a "Contributor".

b. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Website or App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2.Account Registration

To access certain features of the Website or App, you may be required to register for an account ("Account"). You agree to:

Duplicate registration, self-referral, or registration with another person's identity or bank settlement account is prohibited. Vastovers may flag accounts with similar identity or settlement details and request additional verification, including passport/National ID and selfie review, before approving bonuses or resolving the account status.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate.

Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

b. Some Services offered by Vastovers may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner and authorize us to charge your payment method. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vastovers and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs arising from your use of the Website, App or violation of these Terms.

12.Vastovers Website or App

Vastovers Website or App enables users to monitor their contribution performance in real time. Upon successful registration, the dashboard displays current data regarding your contributions, wallet returns, referral bonuses, insights into contribution activity and other information relevant to your contribution performance as may be updated from time to time.

Vastovers shall not be liable for decisions made by a contributor based on the information displayed on the Vastovers Website or App.

13.Referral Bonus

You may receive a referral bonus when you recruit other contributors. When a referral makes a contribution and a bonus is applicable, the bonus will be credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn immediately or paid directly into your account within 24 hours.

14.Rank Bonus

Rank Bonus is a percentage of the total sales or investment achieved based on members' attainment and maintenance of a qualifying rank by meeting the prescribed performance and team requirements. Accumulated rank bonus is paid by the end of the month.

15.Network Bonus

This is the reward paid to members by the end of each month for building and supporting an active network of members whose qualifying transactions contribute to overall sales or investment performance within their referral network. All bonuses may be amended from time to time as determined by the Cooperative's Compensation Plan.

16.Multiple Membership Account and Referral Abuse

To ensure fairness and integrity, each individual can have only one membership account. Members are strictly prohibited from creating, controlling, or using multiple accounts, directly or indirectly, to obtain referral bonuses or any other advantage.

Any attempt to register multiple accounts using different names, emails, phone numbers, bank accounts, IDs, devices, or other means to bypass this policy is considered fraud.

If the Cooperative discovers that multiple accounts belong to the same person or are used to manipulate referrals or rewards, it can reject or cancel duplicate registrations, withhold, reverse, or recover paid bonuses, suspend or terminate affected accounts, freeze or restrict withdrawals during investigation, contact suspected members to complete identity verification (KYC), and take other actions to protect the Cooperative and members.

The Cooperative's decisions on fraudulent accounts are final.

17.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

18.Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Website or App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
